1. Agreement & eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms“) form a binding agreement between you and FragCircuit (“we“, “us“, “our“) governing your access to and use of fragcircuit.com.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that: (a) you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK/EEA, where applicable); (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and (c) you will use the Site in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
2. License to use the Site
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to: (a) republish, redistribute, or syndicate our content without permission; (b) use our content to train machine-learning or AI models without an explicit written agreement; (c) reproduce more than short, attributed quotations of our content; or (d) frame, scrape, or harvest the Site or any portion of it.
3. Acceptable use

robots.txtrules and reasonable commercial-engine indexing. - Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful to others.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where applicable law expressly permits.
4. Intellectual property
All content published on the Site — articles, images, logos, video, audio, original code, and the overall look-and-feel — is owned by FragCircuit or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.
We grant you the right to read, print, save, and share short excerpts of articles for personal, non-commercial use, provided you preserve attribution and copyright notices. Any other use requires our prior written permission. “FragCircuit” and the FragCircuit wordmark are unregistered trademarks of FragCircuit.
5. User-generated content
If you submit content to the Site (comments, tips, contact-form messages), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You retain ownership.
You represent that any content you submit: (a) is your own original work or you have all necessary rights to submit it; (b) does not infringe any third-party rights; and (c) does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.
6. Affiliate links & sponsored content
From time to time we may publish sponsored content. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled as such, distinguished visually from editorial content, and never written by the sponsor.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available“, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. No financial, investment, or professional advice
Cryptocurrency and digital-asset markets are highly volatile and involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not predict future results. Information about specific assets is provided for editorial and informational purposes only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will FragCircuit, our officers, directors, employees, agents, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Site.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or (b) the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FragCircuit and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
11. Third-party services and links
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operational availability of any third-party service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect the Site, our readers, or any third party.
13. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except as provided below.
This choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside.
14. EU / UK consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any of your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you may bring legal proceedings in respect of these Terms in the courts of the country in which you live, and you have the additional rights provided by the relevant consumer-protection laws of that country.

15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
